Introduction These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions and rules for using the various applications and web services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service") provided by us. Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service. 2. Intellectual Property and User Content All intellectual property rights regarding user content (texts, drafts, project files, datasets, etc.) created using the Service shall strictly belong to the respective user who created them. - We do not claim any copyright or ownership over your content without your explicit permission. - We do not collect, disclose, or expose your created content to the public without your prior permission. - For data and files that the user voluntarily opts to submit, we reserve the right to utilize them for the purpose of providing, improving, or showcasing the Service. - Management-specific unique identifiers may be added to projects and files for administrative purposes. 3. Information Collection and Analytics This Service may collect and utilize user information as described below. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. - We may collect statistical usage data, such as keytyping counts and active days, for product improvement, marketing analysis, and AI optimization. However, this is strictly opt-in and carried out only with your explicit consent. The collected data does not include personally identifiable details (though it may contain unique device or draft IDs). - For authentication (device mapping, license verification) and API token management, we collect email addresses and hardware environment details of the operating machines. - We may send notifications, product updates, and promotional emails to your registered email address. - Purchase details (dates, products, etc.) may be captured anonymously for marketing analysis. 4. Offline Mode Limitations The conditions for using the Service in offline environments without network connectivity are defined below: - It is the user's sole responsibility and expense to secure and maintain a stable internet connection. If the latest updates or terms are not reflected due to an offline state, the Service usage during that offline period shall be deemed authorized within the boundaries of the "terms agreed upon during the last online connection." - To support continuous offline usage, we may offer a specific grace period for offline device authentication. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any damages (including tort and contract liabilities) arising from the following: - Temporary suspension, halt, or complete termination of the Service or its specific features. - Failure of the application to load drafts, projects, or files created by the user, or them becoming unusable for any reason. - Data corruption, loss, or any secondary damages resulting from such loss. 6. Support and Third-Party Services For support or discussion channels operated on external platforms (such as Google Groups), the respective third-party terms of service shall apply. We do not participate in or assume responsibility for disputes between users. 7. Governing Law and Language The original and official text of these Terms is Japanese.
